Acne spot roller

Update: I no longer use this but I liked it for what it was.

I was desperately looking for a pimple solution, and I finally found one. It contains just a few ingredients, and has proven its effectiveness time and time again. In this post, I’ve briefly overviewed the ingredients and how I use this acne spot roller.

Ingredients

Just a few simple ingredients come together for this acne spot treatment.

Witch hazel

Witch hazel is well known for use as a facial toner and acne treatment. It dries out the rest of the face, but if I use it on a localized, inflamed area, it’s absolutely perfect.

Essential oils

Personally, I use lavender, frankincense, tea tree, and lemongrass oils for their antibacterial and antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties. All of these things are ideal for pimple rectification. However, other essential oils can be used based on individual needs.

How to use the acne spot roller

This is the easiest acne treatment to use. Putting the liquid in the roller makes it easy to target a specific area. I use it two or three times a day, right after I wash my face. It doesn’t have to necessarily be put in a roller, but I had one on hand. The roller makes it extremely easy to apply.

Cut back on carbs. Carbs increase insulin levels, which can cause acne. Good luck!
