Tomato fufu

A beautiful red fufu that is super flavorful.
Ingredients
- 1-15 oz. can of tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup fufu flour
Instructions
- Add tomato and 3/4 cup of water to a pot. Bring to a boil over medium (5) heat.
- Stir in fufu flour in batches, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Press fufu against sides of pot for a couple minutes until smooth.
- Pour remaining 1/4 cup of water over fufu, turn heat to low (2), and cover. Allow to steam for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove lid and stir water into fufu. Press fufu against sides of pot for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
