The quickest and simplest way to make a large amount of rice without extra kitchen equipment.
Ingredients
- 3 c. jasmine rice
- 4 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil.
- Combine all ingredients in a 13″ x 9″ glass baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes.
- Remove from oven, remove aluminum foil, and fluff with a fork.
Notes
This recipe can be scaled down and put in a smaller baking dish. For every 1 cup of rice, add 1 1/2 c. boiling water.
