A great side dish for many foods.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 Tbsp. avocado oil
- 1/2 Tbsp, sesame oil
- 2-3 cups leftover white rice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. coconut aminos
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high (6) heat. Add frozen mixed vegetables and cook until thawed and liquid has mostly evaporated.
- Turn heat down to medium (5). Add in avocado and sesame oil, then dump rice on top.
- Season top of rice with soy sauce, coconut aminos, and garlic powder.
- Stir until rice is uniform in color.
