Roast
Yield:
6-8 servings
A hearty dinner perfect for cold weather.
Ingredients
- 3 lb. chuck roast
- 5 russet potatoes
- 1/2 bag? baby carrots
- Large can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
Seasonings
- Lawry’s
- Nature’s season
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Season roast and set aside.
- Put potatoes and carrots on the bottom of a crock pot. Place roast on top.
- Pour soup on top, then pour in water.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
Notes
Serve with mac n cheese, cornbread, and/or green beans.
