A unique tasty way to make chicken wings.
Ingredients
- 4 lbs. chicken wings
Seasoning
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. cayenne (optional)
Vegetables
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 red or orange bell pepper
Liquid
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Instructions
- Finely dice onion and bell peppers.
- Cover chicken wings in seasonings, then mix in onions and bell peppers. Allow to marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Mix chicken stock and flour. Set aside.
- Pour oil into the bottom of a 9” x 13” baking dish. Top with chicken wings in a single layer, then place remaining on top.
- Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes covered, then 1 hour uncovered.
