A unique tasty way to make chicken wings.

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. chicken wings

Seasoning

  • 2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp. thyme
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. cayenne (optional)

Vegetables

  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 red or orange bell pepper

Liquid

  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Finely dice onion and bell peppers.
  2. Cover chicken wings in seasonings, then mix in onions and bell peppers. Allow to marinate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Mix chicken stock and flour. Set aside.
  4. Pour oil into the bottom of a 9” x 13” baking dish. Top with chicken wings in a single layer, then place remaining on top.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes covered, then 1 hour uncovered.
