This recipe is quick and easy to make and tastes way better than any store bought or fast food version.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp. oil
Nuggets
- 3 chicken thighs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. cilantro
Coating
- 1/4 cup white whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp. Nature’s season
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Cut chicken thighs into large pieces. Add to a food processor, along with remaining nugget ingredients. Grind until chicken resembles a paste.
- Place ground chicken in fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Once ready to bake, preheat oven to 375°F. Mix coating ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Scoop chicken by the tablespoon and form into nuggets, each ~3/8” thick.
- Cover each nugget thoroughly in coating, shaking off the excess.
- Lightly grease a silicone baking mat on a baking sheet. Place nuggets evenly spread out, then lightly spray tops with oil.
- Bake on the bottom rack of the oven for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
