A great way to make juicy chicken breasts for a variety of meals.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts in half horizontally and pat dry. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.

Method 1

  1. Heat lightly greased cast iron skillet over medium-high (6-7) heat. Sauté each piece of chicken for 3 minutes on the first side, then flip. Sauté for 1 minute on the second side, then put cast iron in oven.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until chicken fully cooked. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before cutting.

Method 2

  1. Add chicken breast pieces to a lightly greased skillet over medium-high (6) heat. Cook until almost halfway cooked, then flip.
  2. Cover and cook for another 3-5 minutes, until fully cooked through.
  3. Allow to rest before cutting.
