A great way to make juicy chicken breasts for a variety of meals.

Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts in half horizontally and pat dry. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
Method 1
- Heat lightly greased cast iron skillet over medium-high (6-7) heat. Sauté each piece of chicken for 3 minutes on the first side, then flip. Sauté for 1 minute on the second side, then put cast iron in oven.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until chicken fully cooked. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
Method 2
- Add chicken breast pieces to a lightly greased skillet over medium-high (6) heat. Cook until almost halfway cooked, then flip.
- Cover and cook for another 3-5 minutes, until fully cooked through.
- Allow to rest before cutting.
