Horchata (leftover rice version)

A delicious way to use up leftover rice.
Ingredients
- 1-2 cups leftover white rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Add rice and 1 cup of water to blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients. Blend on high for another 1-2 minutes.
- Strain, adjust to taste, and serve.
