A flavorful and simple breakfast sausage.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey (93% lean)
- 3-4 Tbsp. breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Scoop into 1 1/2-2 tablespoon portions, then pat flat into patties.
- Cook in a skillet over medium (5-6) heat for 2-3 minutes per side, until middle is cooked and juices run clear.
