A freezer friendly way to get protein in the morning.
Ingredients
- 12-8” flour tortillas
- 2-15 oz. cans refried beans
- 12 eggs
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 lb. ground turkey
- Salt
- Garlic powder
Instructions
Cook filling
- Scramble eggs with water, salt, and garlic powder.
- Cook ground turkey with light salt.
Fill burritos
- In each burrito, layer as follows:
- 2-3 Tbsp. refried beans
- 1/4 c. ground turkey
- 1/4 c. scrambled eggs
Freeze
- Fold and wrap burritos in tin foil. Freeze.
- To cook, bake burrito in tin foil at 350°F for 30 minutes.
