A spongy, light and flavorful cake that is sure to please.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. (40.8g) avocado oil
- 1/2 cup (114g) yogurt
- 1/4 cup + 1 1/2 Tbsp. (70g) sugar
- 2 tsp. amaretto
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup (125g) flour
- 1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Whisk eggs and oil for one minute. Beat in yogurt until smooth.
- Beat in sugar and extracts until light, another minute.
- Sift in remaining ingredients.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 28 minutes.
