Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice (old is good)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. amaretto
- 1-2 Tbsp. sweetener of choice
- 3 Tbsp. raisins
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a pot besides water. Bring to a boil, then add water to cover. Stir often and add more water as needed to make a smooth but not runny pudding.
- Cook for ~10 minutes on medium-low (2-3) heat.
