A warm, delicious snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice (old is good)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. amaretto
  • 1-2 Tbsp. sweetener of choice
  • 3 Tbsp. raisins
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot besides water. Bring to a boil, then add water to cover. Stir often and add more water as needed to make a smooth but not runny pudding.
  2. Cook for ~10 minutes on medium-low (2-3) heat.
