A classic cracker perfect for snacking on.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup www flour
  • 1/4 cup wheat bran
  • 3/8 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Wet. ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. white sugar or sorghum syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • Dab of molasses
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp. water

Instructions

  1. Whisk dry ingredients together. Combine wet ingredients and stir into dry. Let dough rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Roll dough 1/4” thick, dusting the top of the dough and rolling pin with flour, as needed. 
  3. Cut into 2” squares and make 3 or 4 fork pricks in each. Move formed graham crackers onto a silicone mat baking sheet and re-roll scraps.
  4. Bake at 325°F for 16 minutes or until edges are starting to brown. 
  5. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a couple minutes, then move all pieces to a wire cooling rack.
