Croutons

A great way to use leftover bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of old bread
  • 3-4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil, oregano, thyme

Instructions

  1. Cut bread into 3/4” cubes. Allow to dry in a warm oven or air dry until stale.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over bread then add seasonings.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes until crispy and dry. Remove from oven and allow to cool before storing.
