Cinnamon baking chips

A simple yet fancy addition to any baked good.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in bowl. Place on a silicone mat on a baking sheet and flatten to 1/4”.
- Bake at 225°F for 28-30 minutes. Place baking sheet on a wire rack and allow to cool.
- Use a pizza cutter to cut into 1/4” pieces.
Notes
To store, cover in sugar and place in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
