Ingredients
- Chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. water/broth
Instructions
- Rinse chicken breasts, and add to a deep pot with water or broth.
- Let simmer over medium-low (3) heat, covered, for 20 minutes or until fully cooked through. Allow to rest 5 minutes.
- Remove chicken breasts from pot. Shred with forks or use your hands.
Notes
Reserve the cooking liquid to use somewhere else.
