Prenatal vitamins

Below are the vitamins I took during pregnancy. These were the brands I liked and how much of each type of vitamin I took.

Iron

Simple Truth chelated iron (from Pick N Save). Taken 2-3x/day.

Super B vitamin

NatureMade. Taken x1/day.

Includes:
Thiamin (as Thiamine Mononitrate) 1.5 mg
Riboflavin 1.7 mg
Niacin (as Niacinamide) 20 mg
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 2mg
Folate 665 mcg DFE (400 mcg Folic Acid)
Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 6 mcg
Biotin 300 mcg
Pantothenic Acid (as c- Calcium Pantothenate) 10 mg

Vitamin C

NatureMade. x1/day.

Vitamin D

Nature wise. 5000iu. x2/day.

Probiotic

Olly. x1/day.

Magnesium

Now solutions magnesium topical spray. Ideally used multiple times a day or whenever I remembered.
