Horchata (leftover rice version)

A delicious way to use up leftover rice.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 cups leftover white rice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Add rice and 1 cup of water to blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes. 
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Blend on high for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Strain, adjust to taste, and serve.
