A refreshing breakfast or dessert full of fruit.

Ingredients

Berries

  • 3-4 cups berries
  • 1-2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Crumble

  • 1/2 cups (51g) quick oats
  • 1/2 cups (62.5g) flour
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. (28g) brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. (30g) coconut oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp. (10g) milk
  • 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix all berry ingredients in the bottom of an 8”x8” baking dish.
  2. Mix crumble ingredients then disperse evenly on top.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes or until berries are bubbly and top is golden.

Notes

Berries (fresh or frozen): strawberries, cherries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries

Cut into halves or quarters (cherries, strawberries), small berries left whole (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
