A refreshing breakfast or dessert full of fruit.
Ingredients
Berries
- 3-4 cups berries
- 1-2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Crumble
- 1/2 cups (51g) quick oats
- 1/2 cups (62.5g) flour
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. (28g) brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. (30g) coconut oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. (10g) milk
- 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Mix all berry ingredients in the bottom of an 8”x8” baking dish.
- Mix crumble ingredients then disperse evenly on top.
- Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes or until berries are bubbly and top is golden.
Notes
Berries (fresh or frozen): strawberries, cherries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries
Cut into halves or quarters (cherries, strawberries), small berries left whole (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
