The improved version of a storebought classic.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a saucepan over medium (4) heat. Whisk continuously until cocoa powder is fully dissolved.
- Once bubbling, allow to boil for ~1 minute, stirring often with a flexible spatula.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and store in a glass jar in the fridge.
