A classic cracker perfect for snacking on.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup www flour
- 1/4 cup wheat bran
- 3/8 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Wet. ingredients:
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. white sugar or sorghum syrup
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- Dab of molasses
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp. water
Instructions
- Whisk dry ingredients together. Combine wet ingredients and stir into dry. Let dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll dough 1/4” thick, dusting the top of the dough and rolling pin with flour, as needed.
- Cut into 2” squares and make 3 or 4 fork pricks in each. Move formed graham crackers onto a silicone mat baking sheet and re-roll scraps.
- Bake at 325°F for 16 minutes or until edges are starting to brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a couple minutes, then move all pieces to a wire cooling rack.
