A moist, flavorful bread that is perfect for fall.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup (218.8g) flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Wet ingredients

  • 1-15 oz. can of pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup (150g) brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. (38.3g) milk or orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp. (41g) coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately. Fold dry ingredients into wet until fully combined.
  2. Pour batter into a 8”x4” loaf pan and spread top flat. Bake at 375°F for 50-55 minutes.
