A moist, flavorful bread that is perfect for fall.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup (218.8g) flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Wet ingredients
- 1-15 oz. can of pumpkin
- 3/4 cup (150g) brown sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. (38.3g) milk or orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. (41g) coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Mix wet and dry ingredients separately. Fold dry ingredients into wet until fully combined.
- Pour batter into a 8”x4” loaf pan and spread top flat. Bake at 375°F for 50-55 minutes.
