Chicken for burritos

An easy and delicious way to prepare chicken for a burrito.
Ingredients
- 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (2-3 lbs.)
- 1 batch of chicken marinade (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp. each: salt, pepper, garlic/onion powder, cumin, cayenne
Instructions
- Rinse chicken well and pat dry. Add to marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 4-24 hours. (optional)
- Once ready to cook, heat skilet to medium (5). In the meantime, cut chicken into 1” cubes.
- Pat chicken dry to remove excess marinade. Add seasonings and mix well.
- Add 1 Tbsp. of oil to pan. Sauté chicken on all sides until fully cooked though, ~7-10 minutes.
Notes
Cook chicken in batches, if needed.
