A great fruit-centered dish, whether eaten for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients
Apples
- 5-6 medium apples
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp. amaretto
Crumble
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 3 Tbsp. gluten-free flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix all apple ingredients in an 8”x8” baking dish.
- Mix crumble ingredients in a separate bowl. Sprinkle evenly over apples.
- Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes until top is golden.
Notes
If using a 9×13 baking dish, double the recipe.
Different mixes of fresh or frozen fruits can be used, including pears, peaches, blueberries, raspberries, and/or strawberries.
